This is related to my other post concerning 210 lenses. I have a Schneider K. 90 mm Angulon in a Synchro Compur shutter. I am not sure what model the shutter is. I think its a #0 It has a 500th speed and is an F 6.8.
I had the shutter serviced last year and its in good order, but as i don't much use the 90 was wondering what i could put into the shutter? Could I go as high as a 210mm? Can i simply screw in another lense?

| Perry, shutter sizes are fairly standard. If you have a #0 -- go to http://www.skgrimes.com , where you'll find a table of standard shutter sizes, to make sure -- any lens that will fit a #0 should go into yours. I doubt there are 210s that will go into a #0, but that's and emprical question.
I said should go in because not all shutters of a size are quite identical. For example, I have a couple of #0 Compurs whose threads start fairly deep in. Shallow lens cells can't be put in them. |
