Graphex shutter with jammed press focus lever

The lever is jammed in the down position, where normally the shutter would be held open. The shutter is, instead, shut and the lever can't be moved.

How can this be fixed?

Sounds like an exploratory evaluation is needed. I suspect some pin got pushed out of its hole.

the first thing I'd do is to remove the front plate and shutter speed disk and see if there's anything jammed, twisted or bent. At this level of destruction, nothing will fly out.
