I am about to use my wide angle 108 mm rapax with a 23 graphic roll film holder. My question is this, what type of view will it put on the 120 film, and with aperture settings of 6.8 - 32, what would be the sharpest aperture setting for the 120 film ??

108mm is fairly close to "normal" for 2x3, so it'd be about the same as a 50mm lens on 35mm film. Sharpest aperture, IIRC, is 2-3 stops down from wide open.
