I assume this is a process lens; it is in barrel and came cheap. Nice shape except I cannot get the mounting ring off. One odd thing is that the engraving is all backwards; I have a Wolly enlarging lens that way too. I assume this was done on process lenses for some reason.
Another interesting detail is that the true focal length is painted on the rear cell; 331.0 vice the 330.2 of the nominal 13" FL

Many process lenses had a prism mounted in front that reversed the image for several reasons. In your lens they engraved the ring so it read properly through the prism.

I found an Ilex process lens that used a plate, no, more like a slab, mirror instead of a prism.
