Hello I have a 127mm Graflex lens that needs a CLA. The Bulb mode does not work correctly though the shutter timming still seems accurate. Anybody have a favorite repair place?

And its the shutter that needs an overhaul.

one of two things tend to be the problem with the bulb and time settings. These are two flat stamped levers that can either get stuck with old gunked up lubricant, or the wire spring can be either broke (uncommon) or may have been misplaced by someone along the way (more common).
If the speeds seem close it is probably a simple matter of dissassembly cleaning and proper re-assembly.
