Hi
I would never have though that my initial enquiry would have started such a debate. The recent news that Nikon will soon stop making most film equipment, the demise of AGFA etc. made me wonder about film, seeing that I only recently acquired a Crown. However I find it all incredibly reasuring to see that this forum (dedicated to cameras most of which were made more than 40 years ago!) , and others dedicated to film photography, esp. large format can still evoke such lively discussion. My Crown is a joy to use and despite what all the pesimists say I am sure film will be available long after I'm gone.
Cheers
