Anybody know where to get one. According to the instructions for calibrating the rangefinder you need one.

The trick I used once was to measure an exixting cam with a caliper. I found that the high edge was the correct measurement for the master. I used a small screwdriver wedged into the top of the camera to hold the correct width portion of the cam under the follower arm while making the main infinity adjustment.
The result was a less than 4 inch error at 6 feet verifable on the ground glass and correct scales for the lens/cam combo.
